Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription.
- This is your first purchase on the plan (not a renewal).
- Your account has not been suspended for a policy violation.
2. How to Request
Email us at support@fylo.host with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your registered email address. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
✅ No questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason. We will honour all valid refund requests promptly.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Renewal charges (monthly or annual).
- Plan upgrades mid-billing cycle.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 7-day window. You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your billing period.
