Web hosting for consultants and coaches

A website that turns a LinkedIn post, a Google search or a ChatGPT answer into a booked discovery call. Build it with the AI prompts on this page, put it on yourname.com, show your packages and proof, and let Fylo keep it fast and easy for Google and AI assistants to read.

✓No credit card ✓Free SSL ✓Your own domain from Starter ✓No ads on your site

What is web hosting for consultants?

Web hosting for consultants and coaches puts your practice website online at an address you own, such as yourname.com, so a prospective client can see who you help and with what, read proof that your work gets results, compare your packages, and book a discovery call without a single back-and-forth email.

On Fylo.Host you upload the site (an HTML file, a ZIP, a folder, or the code ChatGPT or Claude wrote from one of the prompts below), connect your domain, and it is served from Cloudflare’s edge in 330+ cities with free SSL. Fylo adds an insights blog with SEO + GEO files that search engines and AI assistants read, enquiry forms, a QR code for your slides and cards, and scheduler embeds that load only when someone taps them.

Keep your LinkedIn profile. It is where people meet you; your website is where they decide to hire you, and the only place where you control every word, every price and the button they press.

How a stranger becomes a client, and the page that moves them

Consulting and coaching are bought on trust, after a few visits and usually one conversation. Each step of that decision has a question, and each question needs a page that answers it. When a page is missing, the visitor leaves at that step.

Discover

“Is there someone who fixes this kind of problem for people like me?”

Page that answers
A page per problem you solve, titled the way clients describe it, and guides on your blog.
Where they come from
Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity, LinkedIn, a talk you gave.

Where people drop: the homepage says “helping leaders unlock potential” and never names the problem.

Trust

“Have they done this before, for someone like me?”

Page that answers
About, credentials, your method, case studies and testimonials with names and roles.
What helps
Real photos, a named framework, outcomes with timeframes.

Where people drop: anonymous quotes like “Amazing coach! (S., CEO)”.

Decide

“What exactly do I get, how long does it take and roughly what does it cost?”

Page that answers
Packages or services with what is included, format, length and a price or a “from” price.
What helps
Three clear options and an FAQ that handles the usual doubts.

Where people drop: “Contact us for pricing” on every offer.

Book

“How do I talk to them without committing to anything?”

Page that answers
A booking page with what happens on the call, your scheduler, and an enquiry form for teams.
Fylo helps with
Forms on Pro and Business, scheduler embeds that load on tap.

Where people drop: “Email me to set up a time”.

What a consultant or coach website needs

Eight pages, five of them on day one. A new practice can start with all of it on one long homepage and split sections into their own pages as the work grows. Every prompt below builds the day-one set.

Name the client, not the craft

“Leadership coaching for first-time managers in tech” is found and remembered. “Transformational coaching” is neither.

The same “Book a discovery call” button in the header, after every section and at the end of every post.

Your name is the brand

People hire a person. Put your name and photo on the homepage, the about page and every article.

Proof that persuades, and stays honest

Unlike many regulated professions, consultants and coaches can publish testimonials and results. Advertising and consumer law still applies: claims need evidence, endorsements must be real, and income or health promises draw regulators fast. The prompts on this page build case studies this way by default.

Case study: a 40-person product teamLeadership coaching, 6 months
  1. Situation

Four engineers promoted to managers in one quarter; two senior resignations followed.

Specific, recognisable, and named only with permission
  2. Approach

Six 1:1 sessions each, a monthly group clinic and a 30-60-90 day plan per manager.

Your method in plain steps, so readers can picture it
  3. Result

No further resignations from the team in the following two quarters, measured by the client’s HR team.

A number with a timeframe and a source, never a guarantee
  4. In their words

“Our new managers stopped firefighting and started running one-to-ones.” Head of Engineering

A real quote, unedited in meaning, with consent to publish

What the prompts write, and what they refuse to

  • ✓Testimonials you supply, word for word, with the name and role the client agreed to.
  • ✓Results with a timeframe, the context and who measured them.
  • ✓Certifications with the issuing body, such as ICF PCC or PMP.
  • ✕Invented quotes, logos, numbers or “as featured in” badges.
  • ✕Guarantees such as “double your revenue in 90 days” or “land the job or your money back” without terms.
  • ✕Review or star-rating markup about yourself in the structured data.

United States

The FTC’s Endorsement Guides require testimonials to reflect real experience and disclose paid or free relationships; its 2024 rule bans fake and bought reviews. Earnings claims for business coaching need proof of what typical clients achieve.

India

The CCPA’s 2022 guidelines on misleading advertisements cover claims and endorsements, including from service providers.

United Kingdom

The CAP Code needs evidence for objective claims and genuine testimonials, and fake reviews are banned under the DMCC Act.

Your packages, booking button and schema, written for you

Fill in your practice and up to three packages. The kit writes a ready-to-paste packages section with a discovery-call button, and the structured data that tells Google and AI assistants who you are, what you offer and what it costs. Preview it, then paste the HTML where your offers go and the schema before </head>. It runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

Package 1 (leave the price blank for “On request”)
Package 2
Package 3

Prices are a choice, not a rule

A price or a “from” price filters out poor fits before the call. For custom work, “On request” keeps the card and leaves the price out of the schema.

Online only? Pick “independent”

Person schema suits a coach with no office. Choose the firm option only if clients can visit an address that matches your Google Business Profile.

Test it once it is live

Check the page in Google’s Rich Results Test or the Schema Markup Validator, and update the code with the page whenever a price or package changes.

Prompts that build a consultant or coaching website

Find your practice on the grid, replace the [placeholders] with your details, and paste the prompt into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any AI builder. Each one returns a fast, SEO-ready site with your positioning, offers, proof, a booking page and an enquiry form, ready to upload to Fylo as it is.

Management consultant website
Build a website for my consulting practice. I am an independent management consultant.

About me and the practice:
- Name: [Full Name], practice name [Practice Name or "none"], based in [City, Country], working [on site / remote / both]
- Background: [e.g. 12 years in operations at a consumer goods company, then 4 years at a consulting firm]
- Credentials: [e.g. MBA from ..., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from ..., PMP]
- Clients I work with: [e.g. family-run manufacturers with 50 to 500 staff]
- Problems I solve, in client words: [e.g. margins shrinking as we grow, too many decisions land on the founder, no one owns the numbers]
- How I work: [e.g. 2-week diagnostic, then a 3 to 6 month implementation, or a fractional COO role 2 days a week]
- Engagements I offer: [name, what is included, typical length, price or "from" price, for each]
- Case studies I can publish: [client or anonymised description, situation, what I did, result with timeframe and who measured it, a quote and the name/role I may use; add each]
- Booking link: [Calendly / Cal.com URL]; email: [email]; phone/WhatsApp: [with country code, or "none"]
- LinkedIn: [URL]

Home page sections, in this order:
1. Hero: an H1 that names the client and the problem, e.g. "Operations consultant for growing manufacturers in [City/Region]", one line on the outcome, my photo, and buttons "Book a discovery call" and "See how I work".
2. Problems I solve: three to five cards, each a problem in the client's words with one line on what changes.
3. How I work: my method as a named, numbered sequence (e.g. Diagnose, Design, Deliver, Hand over) with what the client gets at each step.
4. Engagements: a card per engagement with who it is for, what is included, length and price or "from" price, each linking to its own page.
5. Case studies: three summary cards (client type, problem, result with timeframe) linking to full pages.
6. About me: a 150-word bio focused on the client's problems, credentials with issuing bodies, and a real photo.
7. Who this is not for: three honest lines that save both sides a call.
8. FAQ: 8 questions buyers ask (how long, what you need from us, how you price, confidentiality, working with our team, remote vs on site, what happens after).
9. Final call to action with what happens on the discovery call.
10. Footer: name, city, email, LinkedIn, privacy notice link.

Also create:
- services/[engagement-slug].html as a template for one engagement: who it is for, outcomes, scope, deliverables, timeline, price, what I need from you, a 4-question FAQ, and Service JSON-LD. Make one complete page and tell me how to copy it.
- case-studies/[slug].html as a template: situation, approach, result, in their words, and the services used, with Article JSON-LD.
- book.html: what happens on the call, who it suits, the scheduler, and a "Request a proposal" form for companies.
- privacy.html.

Design: calm and senior. White with a single deep [ink blue / forest green / charcoal] accent, a sharp sans-serif for headings and a readable serif or sans for text, generous whitespace, simple diagrams drawn as inline SVG for the method. No handshake or skyline stock photos, no puzzle pieces, no lightbulbs.
Technical requirements added to every prompt when you copy it
Technical requirements:
- Output index.html and every extra page I asked for as complete files, with all CSS in a <style> tag and only a little vanilla JavaScript. No frameworks, no build step, no external libraries.
- Mobile-first and responsive from 360px wide. The primary button, "Book a discovery call" (or the main action I named), appears in the header and after every major section. On phones, add a sticky bottom bar with that button and an Email or WhatsApp link. Tap targets at least 44px.
- Accessible: semantic HTML, one H1 per page, alt text on every image, visible focus styles, AA colour contrast, a 17 to 18px base font, and no autoplay audio or video.
- Fast: a system font stack or at most one web font with font-display: swap, width and height on every image, and loading="lazy" on images below the first screen. Don't add srcset; my host generates image sizes.
- Booking: booking buttons link to my booking page. On book.html, explain what happens on the call and show a "Choose a time" button that loads the scheduler in an iframe only after a click, with a plain "Open the booking page" link as a fallback. Never load a scheduler, video or map iframe when the page opens.
- Forms: a standard HTML <form> with method="POST" and a name attribute on every field. Enquiry or proposal form: name, email, company (optional), what you want to change (dropdown), budget range (optional dropdown), timeline (dropdown), and one message field with a 600-character limit. Sign-up or waitlist forms: name and email only. Add a required consent checkbox linking to privacy.html on every form. No file uploads.
- Payments: link out to my payment page (Stripe Payment Links, Razorpay Payment Pages or PayPal). Never ask for card details on my site.
- Proof and claims: use only the testimonials, client names, logos and results I gave you, word for word, with the name and role I gave permission for. Never invent quotes, numbers, logos, awards or "as featured in" badges. State results with a timeframe and context, and add "Individual results; outcomes vary" near any result. No guarantees of outcomes, income, jobs or health. Name certifications only with their issuing body. Mark anything I must verify with [CHECK].
- Regulated advice: if my work touches investment, tax, legal, medical or mental-health topics, describe only services I am licensed to give, and add a footer line that the site is general information and not regulated advice [CHECK].
- SEO: a title under 60 characters with my name, what I do and who for or where; a meta description under 160 characters; an H1 that names who I help and with what; Open Graph and Twitter card tags with a 1200 x 630 image; a canonical link to https://[yourdomain.com]/.
- Structured data (JSON-LD): me as Person with name, jobTitle, image, url, sameAs (LinkedIn and other profiles), knowsAbout, knowsLanguage, alumniOf and hasCredential for each certification; my practice as ProfessionalService only if I have an office address, otherwise use Person; each package or engagement as an Offer (name, description, price, priceCurrency) under makesOffer; Service on each service page; Article with author and dateModified on posts and case studies; FAQPage for any FAQ; BreadcrumbList on inner pages. No Review or AggregateRating markup.
- Use relative links and paths such as images/portrait.webp so the site works on any domain.
- Mark every piece of placeholder text I still need to replace with [EDIT].
- Give me each file in its own code block, then list the photos I need with file names and sizes (portrait 800 x 1000, square headshot 400 x 400 for author bios, at least two working photos 1600px wide, Open Graph image 1200 x 630).

Size check: a six-page practice site with eight WebP photos is usually 2 to 4 MB, well inside the free plan’s 10 MB.

Prompts for the next step

Paste these into the same chat once the first version is ready.

Positioning and bio

The sentence people repeat when they refer you.

Interview me one question at a time, 10 questions in all, about the clients I like working with, the problems they bring, the results I have helped with, my background and my credentials. Then write: a one-sentence positioning statement in the form "I help [who] [do what] so they can [outcome]"; a 60-word and a 200-word bio in the third person with no superlatives and no claims I did not give you; and a Person JSON-LD block with jobTitle, knowsAbout and hasCredential.

Case study from a project

Turns notes into proof a buyer reads.

Turn these project notes into case-studies/[slug].html in the same style: [paste notes]. Structure it as Situation, Approach, Result and In their words. Use only facts in my notes; put any number with its timeframe and who measured it; mark anything you are unsure about with [CHECK]; use the client name only if I wrote "permission: yes", otherwise describe them by industry and size. Add Article JSON-LD and a "Book a discovery call" button at the end.

Offer page

One page per package, built to be compared.

Create services/[slug].html in the same style for "[offer name]". Sections: who it is for and who it is not for, the outcome, what is included, format and length, what I need from the client, price or "from" price, a 4-question FAQ that handles the main objections, and a booking button. Add Service JSON-LD with an Offer. No guarantees, no invented testimonials.

Free resource page

A checklist people use today and remember you for.

Create resources/[slug].html: a free "[e.g. 15-point first-90-days checklist for new managers]" as a web page with a print stylesheet, so readers can print it or save it as a PDF from the browser. Start with two sentences on who it is for, then the checklist, then a short "Want help with this?" box with my booking button, and an email sign-up form (name, email, consent) using the same form rules as the site. Add Article JSON-LD.

LinkedIn posts to articles

Your best posts, found on Google for years.

Here are three of my LinkedIn posts: [paste]. Turn each into an 800-word blog article for my site. Give each a question-style title people would search, open with a two-sentence direct answer, use H2 sections, add a 3-question FAQ, end with my booking button, and show me as author with my credentials and a "Last updated" date. Keep my voice and opinions; add nothing I did not say. Add Article and FAQPage JSON-LD.

Conversion, SEO and claims check

A second pass catches the misses.

Review my site three ways: as a technical SEO reviewer, as a conversion reviewer, and as an advertising-standards reviewer for [country]. Fix titles, meta descriptions, heading order, missing alt text, images without width and height, iframes that load before a click, and invalid JSON-LD. Check that every page has one clear next step. List, but don't rewrite, any sentence that guarantees an outcome, states income or health results, uses a testimonial or number I did not supply, or names a credential without its issuing body. Return the corrected files and a short list of changes.

Publish what the AI built

Three ways from the chat to a live site, none of which needs a server or a terminal. Put your photos in images/ next to index.html first.

Drop the folder

ZIP the folder, or drag it as it is, onto fylo.host. It is live on a free subdomain in seconds.

Paste the code

Copy a single-page site from the chat into the HTML to website converter, preview it, and publish.

Ask Claude

Add the Fylo.Host connector to Claude and say “publish this site to Fylo”. New packages and case studies go live the same way.

How to build and host a consultant website for free

No agency project, no WordPress to update, no monthly builder fee. From a prompt to a link you can put in your LinkedIn Featured section the same afternoon.

  1. Generate it with AI

Copy the prompt for your practice, fill in your details, packages and real testimonials, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Add your own photos.

    About 20 minutes
  2. Upload it to Fylo

Drop the folder on fylo.host. It goes live on a free subdomain with SSL, up to 10 MB on the free plan.

    Under a minute
  3. Make it yours

Connect yourname.com from the Starter plan, then link it from LinkedIn, your email signature, your proposals and the last slide of every talk.

    Once your domain’s DNS updates
Host my site free

Your site books calls while you are with clients

You sell your time, so the website has to do the explaining, qualifying and scheduling on its own, without you touching a server.

A QR code for your last slide

Every site has one in the site menu. Put it on the closing slide of a workshop, your business card or a conference badge, so the room can find you before they forget your name.

Schedulers that wait

In Performance, lazy-load iframes so a Calendly or Cal.com embed, a talk video or a map loads only when tapped, and the page itself stays fast.

Enquiries and proposal requests

On Pro and Business, the form the AI built just works: submissions are emailed to you and listed in the dashboard, with a spam filter and an optional maths captcha.

Fast from a LinkedIn tap

A link tapped inside the LinkedIn app should open before the reader scrolls on. Served from 330+ edge cities; paid plans add the edge cache, about 100ms to first byte.

A site per brand or program

Your practice, a book, a cohort program and a speaking site: 4 on Pro and 10 on Business, each with its own domain and analytics.

Broken link checker

Booking links change, podcast episodes move and article URLs die. Dead links are found after each upload and fixed in one click.

Be the consultant Google ranks and AI assistants recommend

Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity “who is a good leadership coach for new managers?” as often as they search Google. GEO, generative engine optimization (also called AEO), is how those assistants read and cite your site. SEO is how Google ranks it. Here is the page that answers each kind of question.

All-in-one platforms win when you sell courses, memberships and payments in one place; many coaches keep their course there and their public site on their own domain. LinkedIn wins on reach: keep posting, and put yourname.com in your Featured section. Comparing hosts? See GitHub Pages, Netlify and Tiiny Host.

Questions consultants and coaches ask

Something else? Email ravi@fylo.host; a person answers.

Do consultants and coaches need a website if they already have LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is where people meet you; a website is where they decide to hire you. Your profile shows a headline, a few posts and a services list next to similar profiles. Your own site holds the detail buyers check before a call: who you help, your method, case studies, packages and prices, credentials and a booking button, on a domain you own and in pages Google and AI assistants can read and cite. Keep LinkedIn and link to your site from your Featured section.

Is there free web hosting for consultants and coaches?

Yes. The Fylo.Host free plan includes 1 site, 10 MB of storage, 1,000 visits a month, a free subdomain, free SSL, a blog with 10 posts and SEO + GEO files, with no credit card. When you want yourname.com, the Starter plan adds your own domain.

What should a consultant or coaching website include?

A homepage that names who you help and the problem you solve; an about page with your photo and credentials; a page for each offer with what is included, format, length and price; case studies or testimonials used with permission; a booking page that explains the discovery call; an enquiry form; a privacy notice; and an insights blog that answers the questions clients ask before they hire anyone. One clear next step, usually “Book a discovery call”, should appear on every page.

How do I build a coaching or consulting website with AI?

Pick the prompt for your kind of practice from the grid on this page, replace the placeholders with your details, packages and real testimonials, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. It returns a complete, SEO-ready site with your positioning, offers, proof, a booking page and an enquiry form. Add your photos, then upload the folder to Fylo.Host, paste single-page code into the HTML to website converter, or ask Claude to publish it through the Fylo.Host connector.

Can I take bookings and payments on a Fylo website?

Yes, through the tools you already use. Link your booking buttons to Calendly, Cal.com, TidyCal or a Google Calendar booking page, or embed the scheduler so it loads when someone taps it. For payments, link to a Stripe Payment Link, a Razorpay Payment Page or PayPal. Fylo hosts your website; it does not run a calendar or process payments itself.

Can I show testimonials and client results on my website?

Yes, if they are genuine and you have permission. Use the client’s own words and only the name and role they agree to, give results with a timeframe and context, and avoid guarantees. In the US the FTC requires endorsements to reflect real experience and to disclose any payment or free service given for them, India’s CCPA guidelines cover misleading claims and endorsements, and in the UK the CAP Code needs evidence for claims. Don’t add review or star-rating markup about yourself to your structured data.

Should I put prices on my consulting or coaching website?

Many coaches publish package prices and many consultants publish “from” prices or ranges, because buyers who can see a price arrive at the call already qualified. Custom engagements can say “on request” with an explanation of what changes the cost. Either way, describe exactly what is included, the format and the length, so a buyer can compare. The kit on this page writes a packages section that handles both.

How do I get my coaching or consulting business found on Google?

Give each offer its own page titled the way clients search, such as “career coach for engineers” plus your city or “online”; make your about page the one that ranks for your own name; add Person or ProfessionalService structured data with your offers; and publish articles that answer the questions buyers ask before hiring. If you meet clients at an office, claim a Google Business Profile with the same name, address and phone as your site. Link your site from LinkedIn, guest articles and event pages.

Will ChatGPT and Google AI recommend my practice?

No host can promise rankings or citations. Fylo removes the technical reasons a site is not found: fast pages from the edge, plus sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, an llms.txt and a Markdown copy of every blog post that help Google and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read and cite you. Your pages still need to say plainly who you help, with what, where, at what price and how to book.

Can I collect enquiries or proposal requests with a form?

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. The form the AI builds works as it is: submissions are emailed to you and listed in your dashboard, with a spam filter and an optional maths captcha. On Free and Starter, use your booking link and an email link instead.

Can I run separate sites for different programs or brands?

Yes. Pro includes 4 sites and 4 custom domains and Business includes 10 of each, each with its own analytics, so your practice, a group program, a book and a speaking site can each live on their own domain. You can also keep one site with a page per offer, which keeps everything under one name.

Can I host online courses or a client portal on Fylo?

No. Fylo hosts your public website as static HTML, CSS and JavaScript, which is why it is fast and needs no upkeep. Keep courses, memberships and client portals on the platform you use for them, and link to it from your site. Session notes and client documents belong in your own tools, not in website forms.

Do you put ads or your branding on my site?

We never inject third-party ads, banners or popups. Free sites show a small Fylo badge, and it is removed on every paid plan. Your site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so you can download it and move it any time.
