These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fylo.Host ("Service"): the website, dashboard, API and MCP server, operated by Fylo.Host, Road No-17, VKI Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fylo.Host. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree NOT to upload, publish, share, or distribute:
You also agree not to use forms to collect data unlawfully or to send spam, not to get around plan limits or rate limits, and not to interfere with the Service or other customers' sites.
Uploads are scanned automatically and anyone can report a site. Violations will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination without refund.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password and API keys secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@fylo.host.
You can create API keys and connect AI apps (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your account through our MCP server. Anything done with your key or by an app you connected counts as done by you, including content an AI writes and publishes on your behalf: review what goes live. Keys and apps can manage sites, blog posts, forms, statistics, speed settings and domains; they cannot delete a site or your account, change billing or manage keys. You can revoke a key or disconnect an app at any time in the dashboard. We may limit or revoke access that harms the Service. Those apps are provided by third parties under their own terms.
We reserve the right to remove any file at any time without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not a backup service — do not rely solely on Fylo.Host to store important files.
Connect only domains you own or control. You manage your own DNS. When a paid plan ends, custom domains are detached after a 7-day grace period and the site remains available on its Fylo subdomain for as long as your plan allows.
When you use Fylo Forms or site statistics, you decide what is collected from your visitors and why; we process that data for you as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for your own privacy notice, and for answering your visitors' requests. Forms have monthly limits and spam filtering; filtered submissions may be discarded.
You retain ownership of everything you upload or publish. By uploading, you grant Fylo.Host a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, optimize and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.
To report a site hosted on Fylo.Host, including copyright infringement, email legal@fylo.host with the URL, what is wrong, and for copyright claims your contact details and a statement that you own or represent the owner of the work. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and act on valid ones promptly.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, data retention beyond stated plan limits, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fylo.Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; this removes your sites and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always at fylo.host/terms.
