These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fylo.Host ("Service"), operated by Fylo.Host ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fylo.Host. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to upload, share, or distribute:

• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Copyrighted content you do not have the right to distribute.
• Content that is illegal under Indian law or the law of your jurisdiction.
• Hate speech, content promoting violence, or content targeting individuals for harassment.
• Abuse content of any kind.
• Phishing pages, scam content, or deceptive materials.

Violations will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination without refund.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@fylo.host.

4. File Hosting & Storage

We reserve the right to remove any file at any time without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law. Storage limits are as described in the plan you subscribe to. We are not a backup service — do not rely solely on Fylo.Host to store important files.

5. Paid Plans & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
• All payments are processed securely by our payment partner.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• No refunds for partial months or annual plans after 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading, you grant Fylo.Host a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your files as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, data retention beyond stated plan limits, or uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fylo.Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always at fylo.host/terms.
